The garden is 1500 Square Meter and has several trees with nuts and other fruits.We bought the house with the available equipment and furniture, which you can see in
detail on the pictures in the gallery. The furniture is tailor-made and the equipment is high-
end.
Besides the local heating using pellets, there are also air conditioners and electric heating
appliances.
The yard is well maintained, there are fruit trees - apple, cherry, fig, almond tree and
Bulgarian walnut.
There is the possibility of setting up a barbecue with a summer kitchen and an outdoor
dining area, as well as a swimming pool in the yard.
The village is well-arranged - there is a local store, pub & postoffice + town hall. Around
500 people are living in the village. for 10 years there were more than 1000 people living here,
but most of the went into the eu for work. many of the have still a property here and visit the
village in the summer or winter.
